Problem /
How might we assist people in finding dates with better matches?
The proliferation of dating apps further complicates the market, and many people are unable to find a suitable partner due to false information. Inadequate information makes it impossible for users to find other users on dating apps who match their personalities, resulting in a waste of time.
Solution /
Nine is a personality-based dating app for young people. To utilize the program, users need to complete an MBTI personality test first. The app will match users based on their personalities and interests.
The Daily 9 and Quick Match features of NINE give users 2 options to connect with others and speak with them. According to user's personality types and interests, Daily 9 makes 9 recommendations each day. Quick match enables users to start a chat right away with the online users who most closely matches them.

Janet | 24, Nurse in Houston
Janet is a new nurse who has recently started work. She discovers numerous contrasts in the workplace after leaving the college campus. She recently relocated to this city for employment, leaving her friends and family behind in her previous town. Her hectic schedule does not allow her to interact as freely as she did in college, but she does need to express herself more. She usually enjoys traveling and making new friends. She has a lot of hobbies, which has led to her having a lot of friends with similar interests in college. However, she found it difficult to locate the proper person to talk to about her hobbies at work, and she couldn't meet her Mr. Right through online dating platform.
Frustrations:

She needs to find someone to spend her free time with. She is clueless as to what to do after work because she is unfamiliar with this new place.

The workplace is fraught with difficulties. She has nowhere to release her pressure, causing it to mount. She must converse with individuals who have characteristics similar to her own.

It is difficult for her to find friends her own age, and it is even harder to find a partner in a place in which there is little social interaction.

With the help of the app, she can find users nearby and communicate with them to meet more people.

She can express her sentiments in the app, doesn't worry about being seen by people she knows, and have friends who sympathize with her, or she can use the app to find people who are going through similar problems as her.

The app can utilize data to pair two people with similar personalities and hobbies so that they can get to know each other better.

Users have nine personality-based dating choices open to them every day, which are updated every 24 hours.
Quick Match
Users can find others who share their interests or hobbies and chat with them right away. There are two modes available: private mode and normal mode.
Profile
All the information on the profile will be verified to ensure the authenticity.

Users can narrow the range of feeds depending on their preference, and they can see postings based on their personality and interests.
Chat
Throughout the chatting, users can always see the MBTI types of other users and can create groups for those who share similar interests.
Posts
To increase interactions and user attention, users can add relevant tags to their posts.
